FURY
My eyes darkened as I staggered, leaning on the
wall. For moments, I wasn't sure I heard right.
Hatred swelled in me like ripples on protest. I heard
my soul chant ballad and my palms itched to snap
her neck.
"Is that so?" I voiced. "Em...emm" Words
deserted
her lips; her legs quivered at my presence. I saw her
guts abscond when I reached for the sparkling
knife. "Please..." I didn't wait to listen as I
pounced
... she laid motionless
Tonight, the world will know, she got away with
aborting my children for 20 years. "Why didnt i kill
her?"
